How sync works
We sync analytics on a tiered schedule based on post age, since freshly-published posts move fast and old posts barely change:
- 0–24 hours old — every 30 minutes
- 1–7 days old — every 6 hours
- 7–30 days old — daily
- 30+ days old — never re-synced (locked-in historical numbers)
You can force-sync any single post from its detail page if you want fresh numbers right now (rate-limited per platform).
Weekly summary email
Every Monday at 09:00 your local time you can get an email with:
- Top 3 performing posts of the week
- Trend vs. previous week (% change in reach + engagement)
- Best time to post next week
- One AI-generated next-step recommendation
Toggle on/off at Settings → Email.
Export to CSV
From Posts, click Export CSV to download every post + metric for any date range. Useful for client reporting and spreadsheet nerds.
