What lands in inbox
- Comments on posts you published through Flowtive (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- DMs on platforms that allow API DM access (Instagram, Threads).
- Mentions on X / Twitter (configurable — turn off if you're a high-volume account that gets dogpiled).
How sync works
- We poll each connected account every 5 minutes for new interactions.
- For platforms that support webhooks (Meta, Threads), we register a callback URL — those land in real-time.
- New items get a sentiment classification (positive / neutral / negative / question / spam) and a draft reply.
- You see them in Inbox sorted newest-first.
Replying
Every item shows the original message, the post it was on (if applicable), and an AI-drafted reply. You can:
- Send — fires the reply via the platform API
- Edit + Send — most common path
- Regenerate — get a different draft
- Mark resolved — silently dismiss without replying
Filters & focus mode
- Filter by platform, account, sentiment, or post
- Focus mode: hide replied + resolved items so only the unread queue is visible
- Mark whole conversations as "flagged" for follow-up
Daily digest email
If you enable it at Settings → Email, you get a once-daily summary of unanswered items so you don't miss anything when you're not in the app. Default off.
